on friday, mary and joel got married. it was a beautiful wedding, and mary looked absolutely amazing. i have to say that i was dreading going since i am not the biggest fan of attending weddings, but i'm glad that i went. it was really great to see the delphis that were there, but i did enjoy the wedding as well.
i also am glad i went because since i was in davenport, i went and hung out with erika and david for awhile. david was much happier this week, so i'm assuming he is feeling better. erika has started feeding him cereal once a day, and it's pretty amusing. she would stick the spoon in his mouth, and he would have this look of surprise on his face that i should have taken a picture of, but obviously did not.
but i have to say, there is definitely no place like home. i'm still not recovered from my last trip, and i have to make another one this coming weekend to clarion. i guess i have some reunion or something to go to. i don't know how badly i want to reunite with anyone, but i will get to see merrilee again, and i will probably see megan too since she will be around. and after that, i can sleep in my own bed again.
Even though that picture of Erika and David made me want to cry, I put it as my work computer background.
