this morning we had a big storm with the dark sky and electricity going out and rain coming down like cats and dogs. it was kind of fun, except that storms like this always upset the dog. and when there is no electricity, i can't watch star trek.
today is day two of looking at online job ads. by this point i have a) given up on the entire state of iowa and b) seen so many ads that i can't look at words anymore. my whole head just hurts. i would have given up again, but yesterday i had an epiphany. it went "hey dumbass, yahoo! has newspaper listings for various cities that you might be interested in living in!"
and while that is nice and all, i just wish some days that someone would just give me some money and then i could do what i really wanted.
does anyone have bill gates' phone number?
You know you could always move to OMAHA, NE. It's located just west of the Missouri River and it's called OMAHA. In fact, it's the city where I grew up and currently live and go to school in - at the University of Nebraksa at OMAHA. OMAHA is a great place to live :)
